The garage is coming along slowly. The insulation is done and I decided to go with Becipher plywood for the interior instead of gyproc as it is more solid and easier to remove panels if needed. I built a 10x14 mezzanine storage and the roofing has been completely redone also. As you can see in the first photo, we solidified all the trusts with 2x10 and built a beam with 3 2x10 glued and screwed together. This is the beam where my chain block will be attached.

Insulation

Walls finished

New roofing

The only things remaining now are the brick facade, installing 2 new garage doors, finishing the exterior with vinyl clapboards and finishing the interior.
I am really happy with the results so far.
